Clarix is a multi-tenant accounting and audit platform. We provide tools for tax computation, audit working papers, financial statement preparation, compliance tracking, and related professional workflows. Output produced by AI-assisted features is advisory and must be reviewed by a qualified professional before use.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You may not share access to your account with anyone outside your firm.
The Service is currently offered as a controlled beta. Availability, features, and pricing may change. We may suspend or terminate beta access at any time without notice if necessary to protect the platform or other users.
Your firm's data is logically isolated by tenant. We do not access your data except to operate the Service, respond to your support requests, or comply with legal obligations. See the Privacy Policy for more detail.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-assisted recommendations and computations are not a substitute for professional judgement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clarix is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or losses arising from reliance on AI-generated content without independent professional review.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
